I ordered and received a transmission for my 2008 F150. The transmission has been delivered and installed and it is driving as well as I expected. I bought it at what I and other mechanics consider to be a great price. I also was given a warranty that I am satisfied with. Daniel and the others kept me informed on the progress of the shipment up and until the time of delivery. I do recommend Fusion and they will be my first phone call if my needs arise again. Overall after all has been said and done I am very pleased with every aspect of my doing business with this company.

Received my transmission that I placed an order on November 10th today is the 17th. Was a bit skeptical but Denver assured me and got me shipping tracking promptly. I’ll be installing and leaving a separate review but as far as logistics, everything is legit. I got a transmission with 87k on it for a better price than I would anywhere locally and there’s a 6month warranty which is also rare these days. Again thanks Denver for answering my every question and assuring you are the right company to go to!!! If you’re looking to get quality used engines and transmissions this is hands down the route to go !!! The driver even used his lift and pallet jack to load in the back of my expedition which was helpful.

I worked with Daniel on getting a replacement motor for my Prius. We thought we had found one at a great price and were ready to go. However, during the final testing of the motor, it failed their quality check due to a faulty cylinder. They contacted me and discussed finding a replacement motor. I asked that they issue a refund due to trying to find a mechanic who can repair my current motor. Great communication. Would contact them again if I were in need of another motor.

while i have not received the part yet, i wanted to praise Denver and the staff here on the excellent job communicating to me the issues with both finding and securing my parts. having been in this industry for 20+years i know well that they will tell me that i can expect parts shipped on a certain time frame, but that they have no control over the shipment once it has been accepted by the freight carrier. they track parts and get updates daily and share any thing that may be causing a delay. Awesome customer service! keep it up!
